Port didn’t happen as planned on Thursday, spoke to customer services who advised there had been an issue and would be Friday. No texts or anything and number not ported. Spoke to someone again on Saturday, advised now down for tomorrow 3/7 and would get text to confirm. As of 21:45 on 2/7 nothing received. No confidence port will happen. Seriously considering cancelling contract and sticking with EE. Anyone else had similar issues?

@Louisey

Ports across all networks seem to be flakey as hell at the moment...

All you can do is wait to see what happens in the morning, just in case it goes through, or calling Customer Services in the morning.

If you need to cancel the Port you need to do it ASAP otherwise you will go into a porting hell hole..
