After many calls to 202 and messages online, I am still waiting for my old number to be ported over to the new SIM. I have supplied details of old and new numbers, and given the PAC code. It has been over a week since the changeover, and still my old number has not been transferred over. This is now a matter of urgency, as none of my contacts, family or friends can contact me.
I need it resolving ASAP.

You need to contact O2.

This is a customer to customer forum, and there is no o2 support on here, you will need to persevere with customer services on 0344 809 0202
Just to note if your old account with the old network has been cancelled then a port cant happen. Customer Services should be able to advise.
