I just received my new phone and am unsure about how to port my number across to o2, I was told at first to bring my pac code to the store when I collect and they'd sort it but then told that the store cannot do it and to contact customer service, I've also noticed that I can do it on the my o2 app, which way is best and minimises the chance of something going wrong?
the app seems to be the easier way but im unsure if I'm reading the feature all wrong

Same issue, ported successfully but no signal and Account is completely wiped off , Customer service have no clue what happened , compensation 12£ , I have to wait for couple of days more to re-assign my own number to account
