I paid my bill this morning through the app but just got a text and email stating that they will still take the payment on the due date.is this an automated text or should I contact o2?

Today was the day that o2 gave me for my number porting and was wondering when numbers typically port and what to do if nothing changes, can they do anything on socials because my experience with o2 on socials has been more positive than over phone.
