How do I expedite the process to get my number ported from another network? I have contacted customer support and told my order is stuck in a queue and will hopefully be completed in 7-10 days. Surely this is not right and far too long?

You need to contact O2 @AndyB305. Unfortunately, this is a customer to customer community so we cannot access your account.

Many thanks for the info. Ironically after 4 days I now have a porting date of Tue 2 Sept. Better late than never I guess.

Just to say, and keep in mind for the future, no ports take place on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays
