Hi I have recently transferred from EE to O2 and have had issues after setting up My Esim and porting my number.
My Esim worked with my temp number but when my old number ported across I have no connection.
I have spoken via the chat on several times occasions going around the houses with signal issues , rebooting the phone etc but nothing has worked.
I can see loads of customers highlighting the same issue ..
can someone help as I’m finding the whole process really difficult and stressful and I wish I had stuck with my old provider.

I am also having exactly the same issues. Esim. Ported number. No signal.
