I have two numbers in my name, for both myself and my wife. Because i'm also a Virgin customer, I have the Volt features added, including the Volt O2 Travel Inclusive Zone bolt-on.
However, upon returning from a holiday to America this weekend, I find my wife's account has been charged for two calls and three messages. The account under her number confirms the bolt-on as active.
Shouldn't these be free, or am I missing something? I used my phone as well, and haven't been charged for anything!

It does depend as to what numbers the calls and texts were to, but essentially for inter USA and UK calls, they should be free.
Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
