Porting issues. Can't receive texts or connect to iMessage.

I just joined o2 last week and have had issues ever since my number was ported. Everything works apart from the fact that I can’t receive texts. I’ve tried in another phone, I’ve just resetting my network settings, I’ve tried replacing the sim and nothing works. No one at o2 has been able to help me and I’m hoping someone here will before I give up and change networks already.

I’ve spoken to 5 different employees who have all read off the same script and nothing has worked. I don’t know what else to do other than cancel.
