I am having the hardest time with o2. I hope someone on here can help...I ordered a new iphone and requested an esim. I began setting up my phone today. I went onto the o2 app to chat to the 'bot' to find out how to activate the esim.  I was told to go to support->swap my sim-> esim->tech change   then look for a banner and download. I was then told that I would need to sign out of the o2 app if the banner didn't appear. It didn't appear so I signed out. To sign back in o2 needed to text me a code to get back in. My physical sim was wiped as soon as I tried to activate an esim. I could not log back into my o2 as I couldn't receive the text. I now have no way of communicating with o2 to get my sim sorted. I cannot make/receive calls. I can only imessage. I also have no way of being able to go to an o2 shop for help. Suggestions please! I'm really struggling and after a week of dealing with o2 customer services, I'm at my wits end!

@Sjj83 You can download Skype: Guide: A Guide to Skype and call customer service for free on 0800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
You can also reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (now X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
