Porting failed, and need help

Hi
I am moving over from Tesco Mobile.
I bought a new phone with O2 SIM March 14th. My port date was 17th.

Date came and went. But my keep number is still with Tesco. I called customer service of both networks. The computers say it happened, but also that it hasn't.

My O2 SIM no longer works. I have spoken to three different O2 customer service people who all said they will chase it up and contact me, but none have.

I'm now paying for an O2 SIM that can't connect to the network, and just want to port my number across to O2.

Can anybody help me?

This isn't O2 and unfortunately we can't help.

I'll ask @Martin-O2 or @Marjo if they can do anything but really you must pursue it with customer service.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thanks for the tag @MI5 ! @RobL , how are you getting on with this, did you manage to get things sorted with customer service or are you still waiting since you last posted? Let me know if you're still struggling with this and I'll see if I can get someone on our end to take a closer look for you!
