Im at my wits end after a week of constant CS call sheet tell me the same thing over and over again
I ported a number from ee to 02. Its been released by ee that account is closed, O2 tell me its in porting and every day for the last week it will 100% be done today, now the temporary O2 number is also de-activated no signal at all. So now i have no numbers
I have re-booted the phone a billion times. Each time I speak to CS they tell me its happening, and they will watch it and call me back each day to make sure its worked - never had a single call
Please help Im now totally without a number and everytime i speak to anyone they tell me the same thing over and over @O2Sarah- can you help?
