Porting In

Gahhhhhhhh
Gave O2 my PAC from my previous supplier, porting in didnt happen within 24 hours as promised so gave them a bell.

According to O2 the PAC number does not match the number I want to port in so it failed. scream
Phoned old provider the number are definitely right..

So what now, I don't want to loose the number?

1/2 sorted.

When I make calls or send texts it shows as coming from my old number (the one I wanted ported in) however the number shows as unavailable when someone tries to call or text me.

 

I'll give them the rest of the day and try turning it off n on again a few ties to see if the process completes and allows peeps to call me.

Reboot a few times until it all come online.

This is what is happening to me, o2 are not helpful I’ve been on the phone to them non stop I’m getting out of my contract!
