@Gillian This is a customer community. You need to speak to customer service. Ports don't happen on the weekend. If it didn't port on Friday you may have missed the cut-off time. I would guess the request wasn't processed until Friday which means it should port on Monday.
I would expect you to lose signal around 9.00am at which time you need to reboot your phone every 30 mins until you get a signal, but, it can take upto 24 hours for everything to start working again, so you may see data working but not calls or texts immediately.
