My existing number was meant to be ported over from Virgin to O2 on Friday. Still hasn’t happened. Please sort / help.

@Gillian This is a customer community. You need to speak to customer service. Ports don't happen on the weekend. If it didn't port on Friday you may have missed the cut-off time. Thanks. Just looking for advice from the community to see if there’s anything else I could do to chase this up. Already been in touch with CS. Port request was made Thursday lunchtime so well within the required period for next day porting. It didn’t happen on Friday, or today. I’ll see what Monday brings. X

I would guess the request wasn't processed until Friday which means it should port on Monday.

I would expect you to lose signal around 9.00am at which time you need to reboot your phone every 30 mins until you get a signal, but, it can take upto 24 hours for everything to start working again, so you may see data working but not calls or texts immediately.
