Tried to change my virgin number to o2 so i can keep same number. Its been a week now i cant recieve texts or calls but i can call and text people. Ive reported this a number of times to o2. They sent a form off thursday stil no joy

You just have to call again until they do fix it.
Eventually you’ll find someone who knows what they’re doing.
