hi,
Today I was sold , by an 02 member, a pay monthly sim only contract for £17 monthly. This was confirmed multiple times.
Ive now just checked 'my 02' and it says my tariff is a 12 month £30 per month sim only. This is NOT what i signed up for!
How can i cancel this?

You have a 14 day cooling off period so call customer service.

I just Googled for it as I can't bookmark it because I need to delete some or I would never find it
I just hope this wasn't from a cold call and was O2 rather than a so-called trusted partner.

Yeh, my bad. The bolt on is attached but the tariff shows the pre-discount price of £30. woops!

Same ****** different prices.
Point is I took my contract out beginning December. Only opened it today 6 /01/ 2018
so 14days cooling period won’t work.
