Poor service in G82 and G84 areas.

Dropping calls repeatedly, texts hanging and phone not receiving calls or texts for several hours sometimes. Any one else? as O2 customer service fails to see a problem.

G82 should be OK for 2G & 3G but G84 is poor for even 2G

Hi,

 

 

You could download the 'MyNetwork' App and report the mast to O2 that way.
