Hello. I would like to ask if I have a problem with a contract phone, could I go to a facility other than the one where I took this phone? I was on the phone in Luton and I live in Newmarket, could I contact Newmarket for a fault? I will add that I took the phone a contract a week ago

If you have a fault and want to return the phone, you need to contact O2.

Returns must be to the place of purchase as each store has it's own stock.

As I said, if you bought from store stock, you must return it to the store you bought from.

You cannot return store stock online.

Online returns can only be used if bought online in the first place.
