If you bought the phone from an O2 Shop, you could take it to any O2 Shop for a return or exchange.
If you bought it over the phone with O2, you need to arrange a return or exchange over the phone with O2.
If you bought it online, you need to phone to arrange a return or exchange over the phone with O2.
If you bought from a third party a business selling on behalf of O2, you would need to speak to that business to arrange a return or exchange.
If this was all done with O2 over the phone or online, you need to contact 202 from an O2 Mobile or 0344 809 0202 which is a standard rate call from a landline.
