Help appreciated:

I have been charged £2.45 for a "£3 Airtime Discount".  Anyone know what this is?

Thanks.

@Perry

It means you were previously on a discounted tariff which has now ended so you are being charged the full tariff rate.

You should login to your MyO2 and upgrade to a new sim only tariff and you'll likely get more allowances for less money.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Check and see if there is a "-" in front of the amount which would indicate a credit and not a debit.

Thanks gmarkj.

No, "-" in front - definitely a charge rather than a discount.  Puzzling....
