Hi, I have an iphone 10 and over the past couple of months, my phone signal has been really poor when making and recieving phone calls. The person on the other end cannot hear me which means I actually cannot make any calls. I've been using my work phone which is on Vodafone to do this so it's clearly an 02 issue. I can't get through to 02 customer service either and urgently require some help please as it's really frustrating.

Hi @Shamima

Check the network status first https://status.o2.co.uk/

And some general network help here Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

@Shamima

If you need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
