I bought a pixel 6 monthly contract phone from o2 but after purchasing it I saw it was cheaper on eBay, so I tried to cancel the order I was told to refuse delivery and so I was planning to refuse the delivery.. but my brother signed for the phone,
I contacted o2 and they arranged for the phone to be returned. I returned the phone unopened and never used. O2 arranged for the pick up of my phone, on the 24/02/22 DHL picked up my phone and when my mum asked for proof of postage they said it would be emailed to me.
But I have so far never received and email and my o2 repair tracking info is still showing not received.. o2 arranged for the pickup so I have no way of checking the tracking from DHL
