Phone not sending or receiving calls

For two days, my phone has been unable to send or recieve calls. I have removed my sim, I have restored my network settings, my phone is up to date and it is still not working. 

 

Texts are are sending 

 

WiFi and data is working

For info, how long have you had the phone and where did you get it from?
