I am using HTC Desire 310 dual (0PA2200). I lost my Sony Xperia. The phone that I am using is not receiving or making calls. Any suggestions

It's either not inserted correctly or there is a problem with your sim/account.-

Is it the correct size of sim and have you put it in the correct slot for sim and not the SD card slot?

Yes it is in the correct slot. I have checked three times.

I have inserted it correcty and it worked in my iphone two minutes before I changed it showing that it was working on the same account in a different phone.

In that case it can only be a faulty phone I would think.
