Good morning, I’ve had my SIM card for now a month and everything was working well. I flew to Mexico where I still am and where my SIM card works and I’ve been using it for couple of weeks with no issue at all. For the last 5 days my phone disconnected to the signal and I can’t connect it again. I’ve tried removing the sim card, turning off and on again, trying to select manually the network. Nothing seems to work. When I contact o2 they keep wanting to send me a code on my phone but without signal I’m not receiving it. I am still abroad, and need my phone urgently.

When you do a manual search have you tried connecting to a different network?
Which travel package do you have?

Yes I’ve tried to connect manually and same issue, it doesn’t connect. And my data allows roaming in Mexico
