Phone mast down

How many weeks months does it take to repair a phone mast in Kilmarnock when you have 200 engineers working on network issues?

Come on the one affecting KA1 has been down for donkeys and as such is affecting my ability to use the internet.

This is not the service one would expect from o2 😞

Same for me in my area.

It's a case of just keep checking the service status ,and re booting your phone !

O2 don't give updates for mast repairs.

Try turning your phone 3G off and use 2g and give your sim a wipe.

Alternatives are o2's Tugo or Viber if you have wifi at home.
