I know these are testing times and staff numbers are low but it’s proving impossible to get anyone to reply to emails/tweets/messages and the customer phone line won’t let me through.

Please can someone tell me why my phone has been disconnected and how to reverse it? I require the use of my phone for working from home during the ongoing health crisis.

There’s no local network issues

If you mean every time you try to make a call, the display says "CALL FAILED" you are not alone. Mine has been like this for about 10 days now. I'll try and post back here if I get to the bottom if it.

Wasn't like this with EE!

Thanks M15 but the number you site for getting reconnected won’t let you speak to anyone unless your phone has been stolen or incase if fraud. It just cuts you off.

A collection of numbers for O2...Try any of them.

The numbers for the payment management team are 0800 325 302 or 0800 902 0217.

or try these 0800 977 7337 and 0800 587 4005

You could try Skype 0800 032 1402
