Hello people. Just wondering if anyone could shed some light for me as speaking to someone from o2 seems far fetched atm! Basically I ordered the Apple Watch on myo2 app states next day delivery which I understand will not come on a Sunday so was expecting it yesterday or today but yet nothing has turned up and they’ve taken the money out of my account already for the deposit?

The watch is probably out of stock.
o2 do not have a live stock system, so don't know if they have any or not.

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
