I PLACED AN ORDER FOR MOBILE PHONE ACCESSORIES ON 03/10/2024 FOR INSTORE COLLECTION. THE PAYMENT WAS TAKEN FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT ON THE SAME DAY BUT THE ORDER HAS NOT YET BEEN DELIVERED TO STORE. I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED A TEXT SMS OR EMAIL CONFIRMATION. I WENT TO STORE FOR COLLECTION BUT THEY SAID THAT THEY DONT HAVE ANY CONFIRMATION FOR COLLECTION FROM THEIR OFFICE.

PLEASE HELP.
