Hi @coas2

You could borrow a phone and ring customer services https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Or even use live chat.

It normally takes a little longer than 24 hrs to reconnect. Keep rebooting the phone to see if it works.

I am abroad. its not practical to borrow a phone as i do not know anyone and with international charges it is very expensive. Live chat does not work and is not available. Customer service is really lacking here, not sure how to make any contact with o2.

@coas2 As @Cleoriff has suggested, you need to speak to customer service. If you have Skype on the device you posted your message to here, you can call for free on +44800 032 1402.

If you were disconnected for non-payment, you may also have to pay a reconnection fee, apart from what you owe for your bill.

You should also think about setting up a Direct Debit to avoid situations like this in the future.

I'm in the same situation. Why stop access to payment sites and make it impossible for me to contact direct. I do not have access to another phone unless I ask a stranger on the street or use a phone box 🤮.

@MJL you can use the store phone in any O2 shop.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
