Solved: Phone contract expiry

Hi there, my contract is about to expire on a phone and data plan on an iPhone 8 and I want to get just a SIM only contract on a new iPhone 11 Pro Max that I’m buying from Apple. Basically, I just want the new phone from Apple and a sim only with my same phone number from o2, is this possible?

Yes, you can just choose to upgrade to a sim only plan in your MyO2

Yes it's possible.

When you are due an upgrade you will see this in My O2

Once you have upgraded to sim only, this will end your current contract.
