It can take upto 24 hours for an suspended service to be reactivated.
If it isn't then you will need to call customers services on 0344 809 0202 from another phone tomorrow after 8am
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

@Bez07 It can take 48 hours + for the funds to clear O2's account. You can try and reach customer service using Skype if you want to take your query further.
