I have paid my monthly bill and received a conformation text and reference number, the money has gone out of my bank account but I am getting texts and calls from o2 saying I havent paid and am going to be cut off, customer services were very unhelpfull

I'm sorry but you are just going to have to persevere with Customer services. They are the only people who have access to your account
Give them the reference number and make sure they know you have had a confirmation text

Edied to add, if you set up a direct debit, you wouldn't have this problem

If paying manually it's a good idea to pay in plenty of time as it can take up to 48 hours for the system to update and not send the automated warnings, esp if paying close to or over the weekend.
