My name is Caroline Rogers I have had the payment of my bill extended till the end of August but I get paid monthly and I don't get any more money now till the 19th of September I was hoping you could extend it till then with full service please as I can't afford to be with out my phone for to long as I need to keep in contact with my son

Edit: If you cannot pay on time they are likely to put some restrictions on your phone use, but if you don't call you will be disconnected, and it will cause even more problems.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

You would be best advised to borrow the money to pay your bill.

Even with agreement to extend your bill date, outgoing calls and texts will be restricted until the bill is cleared.
