@Kirsty1  You need to contact customer service and speak to the payment management team. Call. Don't use Live Chat. Your phone usage will be curtailed while you sort out your payments, but that's a better alternative than being cut off completely. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

You can arrange a Payment Plan with o2 by going here - https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus as mentioned above.

It's best to call them at 8.30am. If you don't plan to pay the bill it could lead to problems down the line with trying to get credit. Could you ask to borrow money to pay the bill? Or If you have unwanted devices, games, consoles etc you don't use. You can sell them to CEX or put on them on Ebay. Then use the funds to pay the bill.
