Phone Bill

I think I have been overcharged in my phone bill. I went to America a couple of weeks ago and I’ve been charged for incoming and outgoing calls. I only FaceTimed and turned my data off so it couldn’t charge me ?

@Beth-Amy07Did you turn data roaming and mobile data off before you left the UK?

Also was Voicemail left on? (you would be charged for receiving VM)

If you are still concerned you need to call customer services. 8.8.30 am is the best time to call

Do they tally with your bill?

Note the ridiculous data costs too!

Thanks for replying! Yeah I turned my mobile data off. I did just speak to customer service and they told me turning my mobile data and data roaming off wouldn’t stop me from being charge for phone calls! They said I would have to call before hand.

Yeah I did get a text on how much it costs but I was so excited for my holiday I didn’t even think I would be getting charge that amount! It’s so expensive!
