Hi , unable to make payment with my VISA card, is there an issue with O2 system?

Is it a UK card? If so I have no idea if there is a problem.

You could ring customer services and pay via that route https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Or leave it for a while and try again. The system may be glitching.
