- OHello I need to speak to someone in regarding payment management team regarding my bills. I tried to call them several time and they ended the call lots of times. I don't know what is happening. Can someone get back to me I really appreciate it.

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

The number ending is 7337 is a business Customer Services number, and as such they will not deal with your query and the IVR will cut you off as your number is not a business / enterprise customer o2 number.
You need to try the Payment Team or CS on 202 best time to call is when they open at 8am
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
