@Edmundchan88Seems strange that you can't do it via customer services? What happened when you called them ....or were you waiting too long to actually speak to someone?
Best time to call is between 8-8.30am. You have a far better chance of gettinng through then

O2's payment systems are so fickle. If a payment fails first time, any further attempts just compound the problem and confuse it even more. I would definitely go instore.
