My device plan payment was not taken today for 28th June and have defaulted. Dd has been set up and payments taken previously

You need to contact O2. It's probably due to the fact it was the weekend though.

0800 587 4005 is the best number to call.

Hi

I called the number thanks (strangely 202 wouldn't put me through)

It seems as I had changed my payment date payment would not be taken yet although it hadn't updated in my account.

Thanks for the heads up on the number though
