Hi all,
For some reason my direct debit didn't go through so I was very suprised to get an email from O2 saying I owed them money! I have the funds available in my bank account but every time I try to pay my card gets declined? Nothing wrong with my card - I have no idea what to do. Have tried to pay over the phone and on app. I'm going to try and pay in store today, but I'm worried the same will happen.
Can this affect my credit rating?

Managed to pay first time with my boyfriend's debit card.
Went into my bank and they said that the direct debit didn't go through as there were insufficient funds (went through my statement and it looks as if my salary went in couple of day late which caused all this trouble), asked about the payments getting declined after that when I had the funds in my account and apparently there's nothing from O2.
Think I'm sorted though, thanks for your help

Hopefully you are sorted now and the Direct Debit issue is resolved for next month.

FYI guys, the payment issue we saw a few months back has been resolved. I know we still see a few mentions from members who have had issues since then too, but the wider issue is not currently ongoing, so any new cases are unrelated and to say they're part of a larger issue is technically incorrect. Please advise for anyone to contact CS as you already have been on this
