Payment Management team Contact Number Pointless

Is anyone ever able to talk to someone, at the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217?  I'm trying to discuss with them, to push back the date on when I'm meant to pay my monthly bill, but there is absolutely no one to talk to.  

The automated system does only one of two things, either asks you pay your bill, or it hangs up.  There's no one to speak to, and its an absolute travesty that I'm treated like this.

Yesterday one of our posters was given this number for the payment management team. It was given by customer services

Well it did yesterday. Things change daily. Just try any of the numbers until you get through.
