Hi, I tried to switch my Pay as you go plan (£10 Big Bundle) to Rolling plan. But at payment stage, there was a payment error with the message "We couldn't take your payment.Please check your card details and try again.If you continue to get this issue, you may want to try using a different card."
I tried different cards but same error again. Please solve the payment problem.
