I’ve paid my phone bill about 2 weeks ago and it’s been paid but I’ve just got a notification from my bank telling me I have £83 coming out of my account which I’ve already paid. What can I do from it coming out?

Your only Option is to cancel your direct debit, at this stage, as there is no other way to stop it.
If any payment was overdue, then your next payment would be due.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
