We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

No one on here will know, and o2 won't tell you either

But it could be a power issue, caused by NorthernNoPowerGrid, it could be access to the site, it could be they are waiting on new mast  or new cells and Microwave links to be delivered, which then requires all the peripheral works need to be done.

All these are not quick fixes, but you can you WiFi Calling if your phone supports it, and this uses your own Broadband connections.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

@Josie-1 This is not O2. This is a customer community. We wouldn't know why your local mast is down, but there are numerous possible reasons for it, and O2 don't normally give time frames for repairs. As you have no signal at present, your only option would be WiFi calling, if your phone has that capability. There really isn't much help anyone here could offer other than that.

Edited to add: You can try reaching O2 via social media and see if they can offer any advice:

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
