Hi dont know if anyone else is having problems with this at the moment but here goes:

I am in the process of buying a new house however our mortgage provider has come back and said that because 02 have put their credit agreements through as personal loans i am needing to pay these off before i can conclude on the mortgage. I do have a few agreements with 02 currently 2 iphones and 3 ipads which i didnt think was an issue (wasnt the last time i went for a mortgage) however now i am looking to pay off the devices in one payment and cant get through to anyone at 02 (again can understand that these are difficult times) i have tried to pay using my 02 app however says i need to speak to someone.

I know this is probably not as urgant but this is urgant to me as need to pay these off in order to get the new house.

If anyone has any help or advice

Hi @GC2001

It is urgent to you so here goes...

There are numerous numbers in this guide to call O2. Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Use ANY or all. Press any option (even fraud).  Others have done this and have had all calls taken and dealt with.

Best of luck.

I have had experience of this recently, with a family member looking for a first mortgage and being told his car HP agreement was a blocker. This has been sorted by means of a personal loan by another family member and a direct debit - he still pays it off, but it is no longer an outstanding debt in his credit history.

I'd agree with @Cleoriff above: this is urgent to you, so take any option to talk to O2 and get this cleared off your credit history file.

Good luck, @GC2001
