I have an email stating my bill is ready but I can't access my o2 account to pay it

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best time to call is around 8.00am

 

Consider taking out a direct debit to prevent problems I  the future

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
