When using the web site to pay my mobile bill a link is dropped and i cannot proceed. The following error message comes up on a blank white screen, any ideas?

Error 404: SRVE0190E: File not found: /ChangeDashboard.do/

Dave, sorry to hear about your issue and glad you seem to be on the mend. 

Try live chat which you can access at the bottom of the website via contact us. 

Shocked that you can not get through to o2 though.

clear you cache. Should work ok after that. 

If not do it over the phone on 2729 which is free from your mobile.

Well i would but it is call barred even to O2 numbers, cause i have been in hospital AGAIN

If you set up a direct debit to pay the bill it would be one less thing for you to worry about when in hospital....

Well der it is a direct debit, but because i was in ICU i cannot take calls so they just bar it, instead of sending me an email that i can use whilst in hospital

Cleared casche and it still doesnt work, cant call, I will be leaving O2 on contract end , i am sick of this shoddy customer experience.
