With the new Big bundles on payg e.g £25 for 4gb i find it odd that o2 have not increase the size of the data bolt ons once you have used all the included data the data bolt ons have been the same size for years and not increase on my EE payg account you have the option to buy a extra 3gb for £15 or 10gb for £30, How do I get this info over to some one at o2 to look at as at the end of the day is extra revenue for them

@Toby or @Anonymous will feed it back to the team for you.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I agree, the bolt ons are terrible value compared to other networks and MVNOs. Obviously data is where the big profits come from these days.

Tesco Mobile (o2 mvno) has PAYG 4g data bundles offering 500MB (£5 for 30 days), 1GB (£7.50), 2GB (£10), 3GB (£12.50), 4GB (£15), 6GB (£17.50) or 8GB (£20)

Once you use them up you can log in online reset it and buy another if tesco a o2 mvno can do it o2 sure can a missed revenue stream i think,

The current o2 data bolt ons would have been ok in 2008 but not in 2015, Just hope o2 take note on this,

Another thing that would be good is bigger big bundles tariff the largest is £25 inc 4gb of data how about some larger ones e.g £30 inc 6gb of data and £35 inc 8gb of data etc a missed opportunity,

Last month I got the £25 inc 4gb of data big bundles tariff but after two weeks i run out of data and i was not paying £10 for the works one off data bolt on as it only included 1gb of data which is tiny and extortionate for £10 if they had bigger better value data bolt ons i would have brought one also if thay had bigger big bundles tariffs e.g £35 inc 8gb on data i would have brought one of those to start with,

It seems O2 are missing a trick here.  You have to wonder if it's deliberate...Smiley Frustrated

It's their business plan obviously but they stopped being competetive a long time ago. They really need to look at these bolt ons but perhaps things will improve with Three....

People want value for money but I don't believe they are getting it with the data bolt ons at the moment. There is a lot of competition out there and this is one area where o2 is lagging behind.
