Honest o2 you need help ..... my partner left me give me my phone I had took contract out for her . I cancelled it had a bill of £277.10 been trying to pay it for 13 days can not as it her email address the phone is off. 20 calls sent to shop no one can take payment or change email so can not get into account . Shocking I just need and want to pay . Now I am going to get debt hit shocking service

If the contract is in your name you should be able to sign into My O2
Surely you can give security details over the phone to O2
Or ask your partner for details if you are still on decent terms
Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
