Received bill after cancelling contract.

hii have cancelled my contract and returned the phone within 14 days to samsung for wich i have confirmation. But i have received a bill for 573.53.

Can't add data bolt on

HeyMyO2 no longer includes the option of adding a data bolt on. It has travel / messaging / other bolt ons only. Also the 'start a conversation' on the app crashes and won't work for me. Is there any reason for this?
